Our Advisory Services

Three structured engagements, each scoped to a distinct stage of an organisation's AI compute journey.

AI readiness assessment
SVC-01

AI Readiness Assessment

A guided review of where an organisation stands before adopting accelerator-based AI workloads. We map current data practices, compute usage, and team skills, then return a plain-language report with practical next steps.

  • Readiness scorecard included
  • Two workshops + written summary
  • Three-week scope
RM 480 per engagement

GPU workload planning workshop
SVC-02

GPU Workload Planning Workshop

A hands-on planning session for teams sizing their first accelerator deployment. We walk through memory needs, batch sizing, and throughput expectations across hardware options — including Nvidia H100 and A100 GPUs, AMD Instinct accelerators, and on-premise alternatives — so the team can make well-informed choices without relying on vendor sales material.

  • Full-day facilitated workshop
  • Capacity templates provided
  • Evaluation checklist included
RM 1,420 per workshop

Compute infrastructure advisory
SVC-03

Compute Infrastructure Retainer

An ongoing advisory arrangement for organisations scaling AI compute across quarters. We meet regularly to review utilisation, discuss procurement timing, and document architecture decisions as a sounding board for your in-house team.

  • Three-month engagement
  • Shared decision log + roadmap

Why Organisations Work With Tensaro

We keep things straightforward — clear scope, honest assessments, and practical outputs your team can act on.

Vendor-Neutral Perspective

We have no hardware sales relationship with Nvidia, AMD, Intel, or any other accelerator manufacturer. Our recommendations follow your workload profile and budget — not a product catalogue or margin incentive.

Plain-Language Deliverables

Every engagement ends with a written output your team can share with non-technical stakeholders without translation.

Scoped, Not Open-Ended

Each engagement has defined inputs, a clear timeline, and bounded outputs so scope drift doesn't become a cost issue.

Built for Mid-Sized Teams

We pitch our work at operations and engineering leads who need substance, not advisory theatre suited to enterprise budgets.

Practical Next Steps

We do not close engagements with a list of aspirations. Outputs include ranked recommendations your team can act on within a quarter.

Confidential Engagements

Client data, architecture discussions, and procurement plans remain internal. We do not reference engagements without written permission.

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to questions we hear often during initial conversations.

Who is Tensaro's advisory work suited to?
Our work is suited to mid-sized organisations — typically 50 to 500 employees — where an operations or engineering lead is starting to think about accelerator-based AI workloads but has not yet committed to a procurement plan. We are most useful before decisions are made, not after.
Do we need existing AI or GPU experience before engaging?
Not for the Readiness Assessment, which is specifically designed for teams at the beginning of the process. The GPU Workload Planning Workshop assumes some technical familiarity with ML concepts. For the Retainer, we expect an in-house technical team we can work alongside.
How long does each engagement take?
The AI Readiness Assessment spans roughly three weeks including two workshops and written summary preparation. The GPU Workload Planning Workshop is a single full-day session with a follow-up note delivered within five working days. The Compute Infrastructure Retainer runs as a three-month engagement with scheduled review calls.
Do you recommend specific hardware vendors?
We work in a vendor-neutral capacity. In practice that means we cover the main AI accelerator options relevant to your workload — including Nvidia H100 and A100 GPUs, Nvidia RTX-class cards for smaller inference tasks, AMD Instinct MI-series, and Intel Gaudi accelerators — and assess each against your specific requirements. Our outputs include shortlisted options relevant to your workload profile and procurement constraints, but we hold no reseller or referral agreements with any hardware manufacturer. Final procurement decisions remain with your team.
Are the prices fixed or can they be adjusted for scope?
The listed prices (RM 480, RM 1,420, RM 2,950) reflect standard scope for each engagement. If your situation requires a narrower scope or a specific format adjustment, get in touch and we will discuss what makes sense. We prefer to scope correctly from the start rather than expand during an engagement.
How is engagement information kept confidential?
We work under a standard confidentiality agreement for all engagements. Architecture details, procurement plans, and internal data shared during workshops are not referenced externally. We are happy to sign your organisation's NDA if preferred.
